Fundamental item for a village growth (constructive social program) are home, Church, School, Play, recreation, which assume new meaning under village and urban condition .
Remedial items of social program, Police, Court, Jail, Hospital, Charity, settlements come together.
Author of this Article express that the problem lies itself in the constructive social program, as if Religion , Education, School, Play and Recreation –Works as need of environment rather than for the need of some different environment, and that will be a beginning of a “village development”
The above graphical representation shows the Conclusion of the Article which author wants to express about the village problems.
If we look at Case-01 condition of the environmental growth of a village which represented as A, B, C, and D. Which shows that a regular village community when have different school of thought, then the development of village is not possible, again when we see in Case-02, individual doing any activity like in urban environment have more facilities than previous one, but lacking of brotherhood, neighbourhood, community gathering and many other things which an individual can not bear for more time , and the last one Case-03 shows us that, the village community moving towards development “as a whole”.
Author therefore want to show that when it is about Development, then we must provide policies and program, and other like self improvement program, etc, we have to take as a whole not a community, cast, or any other scale of measures of village population.
The spirit of a village is shown by both, Govt. And Public, here first public participation is needed and a leader to raise the voice and work at that particular problem first. eg: Maintaining School Environment or Improving Water Supply System etc, VILLAGE DEVELOMENT BY ITS CITIZEN .
